Shipping policy

At Amantte, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly across India. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation. Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier serviceability. Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may require additional time.

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available on selected orders or as part of promotional offers. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided at checkout. Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. Amantte will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of placing the order.

Delivery timelines may also be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs and/or an unboxing video so that our team can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
